JMU Group has formed Nihon Shipyard while SMS-SME is supplying lashing bridges for ONE/Shoei's 24,000 TEU x 2 and 3,055 TEU x 40 ships at Wanhai Lines' shipyards in Kure, Tsu, and Ariake.

The fabrication of lashing bridges for 12,700 TEU container carriers at a Chinese-licensed factory has also commenced for Nissen / Maersk Line's five ships by SMS-SME.
