Recently, SMS-SME has been awarded a contract from Hanjin Mipo Dockyard for the provision of Hatch Covers and Lashing Bridges in a Complete Base configuration for Feeder container ships ranging from 1,000 TEU to 6,000 TEU.

This project is in response to the growing demand in the container shipping market.

The Hatch Covers and Lashing Bridges are being manufactured in China by partner factories, and major customers include MPC, EPS, Capital SITC, Navios, Namsung, and Cosmo.
