CIMC Raffles Shipyard Successfully Delivers All Ten Zodiac Maritime Ltd. 7,000 CEU PCTC Vessels Equipped with SMS-SME RORO Equipment

On September 18, CIMC Raffles Shipyard successfully delivered the tenth and final vessel of the 7,000 CEU PCTC series contracted by Zodiac Maritime, marking the entry into service of all vessels equipped with SMS-SME RORO equipment.

Since the delivery of the first vessel in January 2024, SMS-SME’s RORO equipment has consistently demonstrated reliable quality and excellent performance across the entire fleet. SMS-SME will continue to provide comprehensive support and service to ensure optimal operation of all installed equipment.

This project represents the first PCTCs built by CIMC Raffles Shipyard. SMS-SME takes pride in contributing to the successful delivery of the shipyard’s inaugural PCTC project through the close collaboration and support of its Design Engineering and Local Commissioning teams.

Looking ahead, SMS-SME is also supplying RORO equipment for additional PCTCs under construction at the shipyard for other owners and will continue to work closely with the yard to support successful deliveries and ensure peak performance.
